I’m an IT QA Manager with 22+ years of experience leading enterprise testing, migration, and digital transformation initiatives across insurance, financial services, and technology. I bring quality strategy and governance together with hands-on automation and Agile delivery.
My experience includes leading cross-functional teams, partnering with business and technology stakeholders, and 9+ years working onsite with U.S. clients. I use AI-assisted test engineering to improve test design, automation, and delivery speed.

AI-Assisted QA Transformation & Automation
Led QA maturity and automation transformation across digital channels, establishing unified governance, reporting dashboards, and automation ROI tracking. Applied generative AI tools—Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and GitHub Copilot—to derive test cases from requirements and accelerate conversion of manual cases into automation scripts across multiple languages. Also guided migration of Selenium regression suites to Playwright. The transformation improved regression efficiency by 35% and reduced defect leakage by 28%.
